Displacement

I’ve been thinking about the sea
I’ve had floating thoughts
and I’ve been dreaming
dreaming about boats
many small boats and rafts
the many people in them
the way that voices carry over water

  1. Hi Colin you’ve been sending me several poems from your own website although I’ve not been sure whether they might be intended for Poetrywivenhoe – I’d certainly like to find a slot for ‘Displacement’ if that’s okay with you. All best ::Peter

  2. Hello lovely man , Sorry to say, I don’t do Spotify so I can’t listen to it but thank you for thinking of me . How are all in your new dawn ? Still wearing masks? We have our own crops to bear with national protests. Just happened … crowd hysteria I think . We get our second vax tomorrow which is good news but we are still isolating as much as we can . Olly and Georgie are back and locked down just outside Darwin but by the time they get into Brisbane there will be a lockdown there it seems as the cases are spreading . Weather still cold and sunny so not a lot going on at possum creek . Ruth sees her love .
